Please read the minutes from the previous meeting.
Saturday the 16th of September one of the casual league teams Dragons Rock have invited teams from the casual league (and others that are not a part of the league) to join in on a 5aside fundraiser. It is 15pound for the whole team, the one-day tournament takes place in Cardiff Manor Way, some of us are taking a train. The tournament starts at 1pm. And the train departures times from Stapleton Road is 10:35am on the 16th of September, this same train can be picked up from Bristol Temple meads at 10:42am . Please wear your usual football kit that you would usual for training sessions. Cowgirls with Cowfolk football shirts will bring a long theirs for others who do not yet have Cowfolk kit.
This one-day tournament is a great way to meet other teams from the causal league and get a little taster on what football would be like on leagues days in October. I can't stress enough that this is open to all that can participate.

Just a reminder about the QGM on Monday 4th September 1930-2100 at Easton Community Centre. Unfortunately, Baggator aren't doing food on Mondays so it's straight to the QGM, I'm afraid. Bring snacks if you like and don't be drunk.

It's that time again (well, a little late). Please let me know your preferred date for our upcoming QGM at Easton Community Centre (hopefully with a zoom link). Your options are:
Monday 28 August 1930-2100
Tuesday 29 August 1930-2100
Monday 4 September 1930-2100
Tuesday 5 Septmeber 1930-2100
Monday 11 September 1930-2100
Tuesday 12 Septmeber 1920-2100.
It's a really good way to see how the club is run and to share any ideas you have lurking around. If you are new to the club, I really recommend coming along and you don't have to say anything but you can if you want to.

Hi Everyone,
I'm afraid to say that we are now CLOSED TO NEW MEMBERS. We have got too hot for our own underpants and so to adhere to capacity when we return to City Academy, we cannot accept any new members. There are a couple of people who have reached out over socials/emails/pride who might not have turned up yet but for any new requests, we are closed and trying to increase capacity so we can open again.

Hi ya folks.
Our team has expanded beautifully in the last few months. And the committee would like to thank those who have joined us you have all been a great addition to the team.
We are signing up folk to the Bristol women's casual league, which allows us to play with other women from different teams in the league.
The casual league is one Saturday a month-ish, from October - to around May(TBC) and requires full commitment to ensure that the games can be played and not postponed.

Regarding training and playing games at the end of the session.
It is important that we ALL remember that training is about improving individual skill and working together as a team, if someone is struggling, offer support, or if you think you have a suggestion that can help Mark with coaching speak with him, he is happy to get the additional help.
The game at the end isn't about showing off as an individual... It's about empowering your team members and encouraging them, to do this, from Thursday onwards teams are going to be balanced with experienced and inexperienced players.
This will ensure that when we get to league games everyone's confidence will be improved.
In addition, we pride ourselves on being a community and a football team..
To strengthen this, it is encouraged that it's everyone's role to make new players feel welcome, please show them lots of cow love and encourage and involve them during and after the session.
