Subject: [Peashooter-list] Full club meeting 7th March 7:30pm
There will be a full club BGM on Tuesday 7th March at 7.30pm.
This is likely to be at Easton Community Centre but TBC
We have a number of important things to discuss like the introduction of
a new refugee team into the club so please spread far and wide and can
Manager’s really encourage their teams to come along.
Myself, Linners and Vic will also have to step down from the committee
at the AGM in the summer so we need to start discussing who will take
over.
Apologies to the Basketball team as I know this clashes with your
training but we just couldn’t find a suitable alternative day. If you
are able to send a couple of representatives that would be great.
If anyone has any agenda items please send them to me by Monday 20th Feb
and I will share the agenda on 21st.
Thanks all, Soooooz

Subject: MY PARTNER -- ANNE STREET'S -- TALK AT THE PALESTINE MUSEUM 16 FEB
Hi,
Sorry for short notice for some of you and gentle reminder to the rest of you.
Anne Street, my partner, has returned from her three month stint as a human rights observer in the South Hebron Hills, and will be talking about her experience on Thursday 16 February at the Palestine Museum and Cultural Centre.
See the attached flyer for further details.
Feel free to circulate.
Hope to see you there.
Best wishes,
Ron
Please see below request from our friends in Umm Al Khair.
For those not aware this is a community in the south Hebron hills in Palestine.
Many of us have visited this community and supported it for many years.
If you can spare any pounds please donate below to help them purchase a much needed vehicle.

Subject: Urgent appeal and message from the community of Um Al-Khair
Dear friends and allies
The community of Umm Al Khair is under siege
Lately, occupation forces have been using an old\new tool aimed at breaking the steadfastness of our village. This tool has crippled the ability of Umm Al Khair residents (and, indeed, the entire South Hebron Hills) to freely move from one point to another as the Israeli Police and Army confiscated all of the vehicles in the area under the pretext that they are “illegal”. We know the goal is not to enforce the law, but rather to put more pressure on the community to drive us out of our land. Stories of girls, women, boys, the sick and the elderly being stranded for long hours are abundant in the community due to the lack of any vehicles after all of them were confiscated by the occupation. However, We owe it to the people of Umm Al Khair to stop this detrimental policy from hindering the freedom of their movement.
To enhance the steadfastness of the residents of Umm Al Khair and to make sure that the not only transportation needs of its population are met, the Umm Al Khair community is planning to purchase a vehicle ( a legal one) and this is where we need YOUR HELP
WE NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE to buy a new car for the community. Your donations would be HIGHLY appreciated. You can donate using either of the following two accounts. Please specify that the donation is aimed at purchasing a vehicle for Umm Al Khair ( if you find that option or just donate and we will know it's from you).
For donations in the UK, please use this link (and giftaid it, if you can)

Hi cows,
We need a bit more info from folks about extra training sessions. If you
haven't already answered on the WhatsApp poll, please reply to this email
and let us know your answer to two questions :
If we had an extra weekday training session, how often would you go
1) almost every week
2) maybe once a month
3) every now and then
4) never, fuck off
If we had an extra weekday training session, what would you want it to look
like
1) just matches
2) just coaching
3) mixed coaching and matches like Thursday
4) just fuck off
Lots of love
Greetings everyone :)

Hi everyone,
It’s January payday – woo hoo!
Do you have any money left? Looking for something exciting to it?
Look no further than membership of the greatest clubon earth. For £20 a year (£10 unwaged) you can:
· Freezeyour butt off every Thursday night for a small fee· Join a casualleague team and have your butt whipped by younger fitter more sensible women
· Access lolchat where you can receive up to 20 memes a day from Wendy – for free!
· Be part ofa beautiful sports and social club that will warm your cockles, open your mind, stand with you to protest against all the sh*t stuff in life and destroy yourliver· Tour the world and play football and party with thebest of humanity
Membership fees ensure that we always have cashreserves for kit (balls, cones, bibs etc.) and we can cover any shortfall ifattendance for a particular session is low and subs don’t cover the cost ofpitch hire or coaches. It also means that we can have an Ethical Fund, which supportsmembers who can’t afford to take part in cowgirls activities, wider clubmembers in crisis, community members in crisis and social / political causesthat align with our ethos.
We usually ask everyone to pay in September but itlooks like only 3 people have paid this year so we’re going to change therenewal date to January. If you’ve paid in the last 6 months then consideryourself paid up, if not please can you PAY NOW! As always, money is never abarrier so if you can’t afford it don’t worry about it, you’re still a cow.
£20 wages / £10 unwaged by bank transfer with "yourfirst name - membership" in the reference:

Much cow love,
The Cowmittee
Ey up cows old and new,
me and Tam had a chat today and have come up with the idea of starting a
group for *retired, injured or otherwise non-footballing Cowgirls*.
The primary aim is for those who are no longer going to training to stay
connected and keep a sense of belonging to the club - whether it’s through
other sporting activities, wider club activities/tours or any other special
adventure that comes our way. The idea is that it's definitely *not a place
to chat football* - which can be a bit sad/isolating for folks who can't
play any more. Many retirees are no longer on the various chats so miss out
on stuff, and might also feel like they're no longer welcome at team events
if they don't play any more - which is nobody's fault, but this is just to
plug that gap.
It may also become a place where new folk who want to be involved with the
ethos of the Cowgirls but for whatever reason don't want to play football
can get involved and get to know us, but we can see how it evolves.
