[OOTB-infra] DNS

I think there is an issue with non-free services, it's not necessarily
the cost, it's remembering to renew them - when there is no budget this
might mean scrabbling for sponsors at a difficult time. If there is a
possibility to do it free then why not?

We will need a domain registrar anyway account so that I can transfer
the domain name to it. They all (most?) provide free DNS hosting. It's
on godaddy at the moment and their DNS configurator is tolerably good.
If we created a bee godaddy account it would be a simple transfer.

Cloudflare also provide a decent DNS configurator for free.

Both would be preferable to paid services IMHO.
