[OOTB-infra] Calls to Action for the Office Hours

Well the board has asked each committee to create a number of calls to 
action to try to engage the latent members of the Order to get involved.

Unfortunately, INFRA is by its nature a little bit closed and secretive

Nonetheless there is one issue that could be solved quite quickly by a 
willing volunteer.

Our contact form here: http://orderofthebee.org/index.html#contact is 
completely spambound. Luckily it is not forwarded to the Hive list but 
only to the board and we are getting a lot of offers about "celine bags" 
whatever they are.
