[OOTB-hive] OOTB contribution issues

I may be missing something, but it seems signals are not reaching the
target audience or there is simply no demand. Maybe we should set up a
short survey to find out.

Other than that, I think it would be interesting to understand why Share
Extras did not gain momentum. Personally I'd also be interested in lessons
learned at addons.alfresco.com.
