[OOTB-hive] Patches in the Honeycomb distro

Hi All,

I've been thinking about creating a Patches Repo in our Orderofthebee GitHub and just bluntly commit the patches I've made so far for Alfresco and in the hope people will follow.

At first I thought this is in line of the Addons committee, but after  thinking it through it's more in line with our Distro and then finally it belongs somewhere maybe in between but it's definitely in it's own place.

So how about setting this up? And do we have any members who might want to join in providing code and keeping it at one place.

Probably the future would be patching stuff in the Honeycomb edition and filing a JIRA for Alfresco so they can look up how it's done 😁.
