The problem of such associations is that they should spend a lot of time
writing reports on their activities for the government. I don't like this
idea... And about HQ -- I prefer Crimea. There is a special economic zone
now, so taxes are very low. And no one can sue us for our activities :)
I agree that the all of us will do work in our spare time simply because we

We should think about that, but let's do it after starting our activities.
As for now we didn't do anything to get money, we are just talking :(
