Hello again all! This is your friendly reminder that we will be holding a Quarterly General Meeting this coming Wednesday, 27/10/2021 at 7pm at the Easton Community Centre, Kilburn Street, Easton, BS5 6AW (opposite HQ). Please come along if you can make it. If you can’t make it in person and would like to join online I’ll try to make that happen somehow. Please give me a shout. I’ve attached some minutes written by the Lovely Lizzie. I think they are the last ones - I don’t think I have notes from the time we met about the casual league - chances are I have lost them. Sorry! Lizzie won’t make it on Wednesday so I will need a volunteer to take some notes… pretty please! The agenda so far is: 20th Anniversary of the Cowgirls!!! Yes, you read that right. Never mind the Cowfolk turning 30 next year, WE ARE 20 THIS YEAR apparently! And there’s still a couple of months left so we better organise something! 30 Anniversary Tournament, including Date Tapestry Teams to invite Fundraiser on the 29th Jan Calendar Training / newbies / etc Cowgirl Finances (it’s late on the agenda on purpose as Fran can only join us a wee bit later) Any other business Please give me a shout to let me know all of the things that I have forgotten and left of the agenda and I will add them.
