[OOTB-hive] Workdesk?

Hi,
From what I saw when studying Workdesk (and this is how a lightbulb switched on i my head), a workdesk client case is quite simple :
- it's a folder in a Site.
- This folder contains all relevant documents of the client
- the magic trick (at least for me ;) ), this folder has a content model or Aspect with all data of this client saved...
Is missing the display of these clients data in a web interface, which you should develop.
On top of that, folder actions can be used if you have workflows.
Alfresco has all of the features or Workdesk, only the display need to be done.
