[OOTB-hive] Thoughts on Honeycomb that need your input

Hi all,

I’m including my own thoughts below.

Related to point 1:

We can ellaborate patches as AMP modules just to avoid this potential fork. I've been publishing different patches in that format (https://github.com/angelborroy/alfresco-ace-5373, https://github.com/angelborroy/mnt-15899-share), so we can start a new repository in Order of the Bee to hold that patches applied to our distro. 

Related to point 2:

If we use just only AMP modules, we don't need to think about packaging by ourselves every Alfresco distribution. A simple instructions can be attached to a wiki page and it's done.

Related to point 3:

Regarding stability, my point is that Order of the Bee should be different from Alfresco Community because of a patch catalog. Obviously, every addition has to be tested and documented, but providing a patched version makes a big difference from raw CE.
