[OOTB-hive] Patches in the Honeycomb distro

Hi Martin,

No we won't fork Alfresco GitHub 😊. 

So in case of a Patch it could be that the custom code initiated with a Spring override, but in a lot of cases it's just replacing the Alfresco files.

So within a Maven/nexus project these will be build/copied before we get the Alfresco code so it won't be overridden.
