Great ideas Martin.

In terms of timing, I think we will probably be targeting a Torch-BeeCon
for September this year, and a Lighthouse-BeeCon for March 2016. Like that
we could have yearly Lighthouses 6 months away from Summit.

Regarding the "local" name of the hypothetical Belgian edition, you are
entering in danger zone. Even in the stadium they shout "Belgium" to cheer
the national team, because otherwise the French, Dutch or German community
would felt discriminated. hehehe.
