[OOTB-hive] Introducing BeeCon

+1 for BeeCon. Thanks a lot for the name suggestion Richard. That brand it
as being organized by the Order, but it's not the Order's conference...
it's the bee's conference, including the whole community, not just the
members of the Order.

- EventBrite sounds good to me.
- For the place, if I manage to get CIRB to host the event, a big part of
the cost will be reduced, and we don't sell Alfresco, so that reduces the
commercial interests too.

that's it for now. I'm glad to see al the interest from the rest.
