I have to say I am quite impressed with the feedback.

Just one more thing I'd like to make clear: I am NOT the author.  I was
just forwarding the inquiry from a packt guy who was approaching me.
Hope whoever ends up doing the review won't be disappointed not seeing
my name on the cover. ;)
