[OOTB-hive] [ANNOUNCE] Order of the Bee Board Election Timeline

At the moment there is little activity and the presented timeline is fine.

We can probably change the date (make it sooner) when there is more 
activity and voting is needed.

I concur with the time line posted.
  but perhaps it maybe best to include the process and bring forward some of the later dates (campaigning onwards).
I feel having to wait 6 months is a little too long to nominate and vote in members.
