[OOTB-hive] [ANNOUNCE] Order of the Bee Board Election Timeline

I concur with the time line posted.
 but perhaps it maybe best to include the process and bring forward some of the later dates (campaigning onwards).
I feel having to wait 6 months is a little too long to nominate and vote in members.
