[OOTB-hive] Donations / Sponsors etc

For right now we should only accept donations of goods and services with no strings attached. As soon as we start taking money and opening up bank accounts we are entering a whole new level of complication. Aside from conflicts of interest there are also legal, tax, and accounting issues to consider.
