Can you clarify what do you mean by "status"?

Sorry if I wasn't clear: The status of one organisation is the ideas,
purpose or rules that describe with a simple sentences and in no more than
one page the aim of one organisation. You know, it is something that
everybody can read easily and have one clear idea about what we are.

I called it "badges", but of course I mean "roles". Badges -- are signs of
the role. Sample: a bee-photographer image near your name on the website.

Yes, it is the same :-)

In addition, I think that we should have some coordinators (or similar)
that can be "prolocutor", that's mean, one central point of communication
that this role can be executed for one or more persons.
