[OOTB-hive] emails and mailing lists

Dear bees,

Today we published the website to http://orderofthebee.org. Also you can
follow our twitter @orderofthebee. I have a lot of questions about our next
steps to all of you. But this email will be dedicated to the website.

I added a contact form to the website, so everyone can send messages to us
using the form. We use http://forms.brace.io/ service to send emails
(thanks to Martin for the recommendation). It allows us to get 1000 emails
per months for free. I believe it suits us.

The form points to this mailing list. The problem is that we may get lots
of emails that are not interesting to everyone subscribed to the list.

So the question is: should we create another mailing lists (ootb-honeycomb,
ootb-stories, ootb-list-request) for all our activities? It allows to point
different types of requests (relate to different activities, for example)
to different mailing lists. And people who are not involved to the activity
may not subscribe to the secondary list and not receive messages they are
not interested in.

What do you think about it?

Regards,
Oksana
