[OOTB-distro] Choosing committee Chair

[Martin Cosgrave]

Currently there are three of us in this committee

Members:

  * Andreas Steffan
  * Martin Cosgrave
  * Ben Chevallereau

I believe that my position on the board should probably rule out my 
being the chair of this committee and even if it didn't I have enough on 
my plate for OOTB at the moment :-) so would either of you two like to 
step up?
