[OOTB-distro] Addons for the distribution

This may be related a bit to the addons committee, it's unlikely we will 
include any addons in the distro which do not meet the addons committee 
standards.

The javascript console is an obvious addon

The addons committee started coming up with a list for the curated 
addons, the thread is here: https://github.com/OrderOfTheBee/addons/issues/1

Our new member (Yogesh Prajapiti, hi Yogesh!) expressed an interest in 
the five star recommendations. Zaizi have released an open source update 
to it using Mahout that they would like included, might be worth looking 
at (currently it is not documented well enough to accept, I feel).
