 *Location* - Easton Community Centre (big hall)

 *Date* - Monday 4th December

 *Time* - 7:30-9:30 

Current agenda items:

- Dedicated bank account for merch team

- Cooking post-game for the 4th's

- Fundraising for a minibus

- Safer spaces policy at HQ

- Bereavement and tragedy policy

- Someone to takover coms with rage kit provider 

- Framework on deciding appropriate sponsors
