Good evening all I am changing the time and day of this meeting as tomorrow folks have training and i would like all sections of the club represented.
The new time is 7pm at the Plough on Friday the 31st of May in person.
Thank you to those who were able to attend last weeks meeting both in person and online, and via WhatsApp.
We discussed at the meeting mainly what roles need to be filled, the theme-
Palestine colours and the date 27th of July.
The roles listed below will need to be discussed at our next planning meeting 30th of May at the Plough 6:30pm. Same as the last meeting we would like one or two people from each section of the club to attend the planning
meeting, to ensure that roles are distributed fairly, ALL men's teams, Softball, Netball, Women's football, Basketball, Cricket,..... And the rest if it not mentioned already

Pack down after.
Host awards- engaging the audience, and keeping the program flowing smoothly.

Date of awards has been booked in for:- Saturday 27th of July at Easton community Centre (ECC) between 3pm-10pm.
