This is a reminder that our Quarterly General Meeting is tomorrow (Monday 2nd) at 19:30pm via zoom. 

If anyone has an existing premium zoom account we could use for the meeting then please get in touch. Otherwise I will set one up tomorrow and send the meeting details. 

The agenda 

• Review last meeting minutes and actions 
• Propose Becs takes over as interim Chair until AGM (SM)
• Review training. Do we want to pause new recruits. How can we ensure training is enjoyable with high numbers and limited space. 
• Accessibility in Easton - we put a pause on this due to lockdown. Discuss where are and how we can progress
• Allies for racial justice - an update from each group on what they are doing. 
• Lockdown - how can we support each other 
• AOB
