He's staying at mine Saturday and Sunday night with his son Hisham and Hisham's Dutch Uni friend.
As per below, if you wanna see him come to the Plough Saturday night or the Palestine Museum Sunday afternoon.
Or maybe even the Plough Sunday afternoon for the Charity Shield tho I haven't mentioned that to him yet!
If you wanna raise money for Palestine please sponsor me, my girlfriend Debs and the Cowfolk...

Cheers x

Fundraise for MECA and Gaza Sunbirds

Big Ride funded summer camps in Khuza'a and Bait al Atiya are running this summer with at least 300 girls in these and other locations learning to cycle and do other sports that they normally have little access to. Trainers are brought in to support on nutrition, mental and physical health and life skills.

MECA is also close to completing the cycle path and recreation area we raised funds for last summer - despite harassment from settlers. Projects like this are so important for the wellbeing of children but also in asserting Palestinian rights to their land.

You can donate to one of the many 2023 Big Ride team members who have set up a fundraising page.
We are continuing our support for this intrepid paracycling team in Gaza  this year in collaboration with Amos Trust. Read the story of Alaa al-Dali the original Sunbird here.
There are three core Gaza Sunbirds training regularly at the moment and another three about to start. Other Sunbirds have not been able to continue, often because of medical issues resulting from amputation.
