That's really not your fault Jo. You were just coming up with ideas, and thanks for contributing. 

I take responsibilty for the error. If there's a meeting like that again, I recomnend the person taking notes defintely checks with people who said them.

I just didn't that day because I had an observation in the morning and was in a rush to email them out and continue planning for it.

It might also be an idea in the future to get two people taking notes so they can compare. 

Lesson learnt.

Just to chip in and say sorry, that confusion was my fault.  I asked if someone was trying to suggest something like a "3 strikes" rule. It was confusing language (must be softball on the brain), and not what that person meant, and it confused the discussion and minutes.

I am sorry making your job of minuting harder Hannah, thank you for doing it. Thanks for pointing it out Sally. And I'm sorry for upsetting or confusing anyone

I know they're not perfect, but I tried to record things the best I could.

I think everyone was a bit tired towards the end, although it was all important.

I also asked some committee members to check them before sending them out, it's unfortunate none of us picked up on that mistake.

I agree that people who were and weren't at the meeting should talk.

Thanks for the minutes Hannah. 

I just want to suggest a correction - the mention of a '2 strikes' situation was a misunderstanding (we're going softball crazy maybe?) and not what the person talking meant (I've checked). As far as I understood it no one suggested kicking anyone out.

I'd also like to encourage folk who weren't at the meeting to talk to those who were, cos it was a very complicated one so not easy to capture in minutes.

I was dead proud of us and thought there was a good atmosphere.
