The main role of the Chair is to organise and Chair 2 meetings per year, the AGM and BGM. Making sure the meetings are quorate (2 persons for each section of club, except CACKK that only requires 1) and making sure everyone at the meeting is included and gets a chance to speak / respond to discussion topics.
There are other requests and questions raised throughout the year, these are normally delegated to each section of the club. If a full club decision is required this is discussed as a committee (normally via WhatsApp) and any major decisions are taken to the AGM/BGM or in exception circumstances an Emergency meeting.
The responsibilities do escalate significantly when we are planning a tournament, however this will not happen in the next two years.

Secretarial role:
Pretty darned simple (hence Linners managing it for a few years. I managed to only nap through one meeting! Boom!).
Forward emails to the appropriate Cowfolk members – this should be very rare as the inquiries are being sent direct soon.
Take and distribute meeting minutes. Easy peasy. You’ll just need access to Peashooter distro list to do this. And not nap through aforementioned meetings.
Applaud the treasurer and chair who both have a much more demanding role.
EGM is Monday 10th July at 6.45pm. We
aim for it to be 20 minutes long; no
more than half an hour at most. Option
of online attendance.
