Good evening all! As you can imagine from yesterday’s prime time telly, we’re not allowed to train right now. Poo. However, Marcella has kindly offered her amazing workout again, so: If you would like to join via Zoom, please let me know ASAP by sending a message to 07944216036 or replying to me via email. It’ll be 7:30-8:15pm on Thursday, cost £4 / 3 (waged / unwaged), payable in advance to Marcella directly. We will then meet in the ‘virtual pub’ after.
