[OOTB-mkt] Committee Actions required before Summit.

The board would like each committee to undertake the following actions 
over the next week, and be ready to report in time for Summit.

1) Elect one of your members to be the chair. You may view the list of 
committee members here: 
https://github.com/OrderOfTheBee/generic/blob/master/committees.md

2) Have a discussion within the mailing list as to how you plan as a 
committee to achieve the goals stated on the committee page above, and 
whether additional tasks or goals need to be added

3) Create a short report for the board detailing any progress which has 
been made already, and the results of your discussion on how to achieve 
your committee's goals.
