1. Yes. It's their platform and their rules. Our generic style is still our. This bee identifies us as members of the OOTBee, it's enough. 
2. No. Then people will forget about the approval process on our website. Or people who was not approved still can fly around and say "I'm a bee". 
3. Yes. All members of the Order already published on the OOTBee website. Why the list on Alfresco Community portal should be different? 
4. No.
