I'm not sure how much it helps, but I have a Dreamhost account which has
unlimited disk and unlimited bandwidth and unlimited users. My (shared
hosted) server is located on the east coast US, but you can add
CloudFlare to distribute static content globally.
For the cost of the domain registration, (~$10/yr) hosting could be
covered.
