[OOTB-addons] Addons criteria review

Dear colleagues,

Since Axel wrote the criteria about one year ago, some relevant changes have been done in Alfresco releases. So I think now it’s time to review o enlarge our catalog. Below, my thinkings:
Current stable version should be updated to 5.0.d
At this point it’s important to remark that Alfresco SDK compiles addons with Java 8 for 5.0.d but with Java 7 for 5.0.c, both distributions (Java 7 and Java 8) should be recommended for addons publishers
On the other hand, it seems that Bitnami it’s distributing a release of Alfresco 5.0.d based in Java 7 (!)
We have low coverage of Aikau, because of our 4.2.e/f target
Alfresco documentation have expanded widely and a full extension guide can be found at http://docs.alfresco.com/community/concepts/dev-extensions-share-architecture-extension-points.html
Any technical criteria should be extracted from this information
I’ve included some candidates for “our favorite free open source addons” based on users feedback at the forums and missed from https://github.com/OrderOfTheBee/addons/wiki/Addon-review-schedule
I’m willing to work on this (including a review of Peter Monks considerations https://github.com/AlfrescoLabs/technical-validation/blob/master/resources/alfresco-technical-validation-template.docx) and to produce some output by the end of this month.
